He got the range rover from stealing people's kidneys and selling them on the black market. He can do more with good hands other than catch footballs, they also perform surgery.

He's kind enough to leave his "donors" in a bathtub filled with ice and a note they'll see right after waking up that says: Call 911, you've just become a kidney donor.
