Try to instigate a bit of chaos and see what happens.

Apparently these comments got under Van Gundy's skin too: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=5846687

Two for the price of one for Jackson. The guy is a master when it comes to "tweaking" and getting in to people's heads..

LeBron had his best chance to win in Cleveland. I look forward to his 1 hour presser on ESPN labeled "the blunder".

I figure the Magic as a 43 win team this year.

I'm not even sure he is Pippen. At least Pippen won titles as the #2 man.

Odd because he had been the GOAT the past few years even though the Cavs had never won anything

Bullshit....he was never going to win shit in Cleveland because Gilbert was too tight with the pursestrings. For a guy supposedly with so much money,he is a cheapskate

Yep. Thats what happens when you piss off an entire fan base. It shouldn't be that hard to figure out why Cavs fans have changed their opinion

Dan Gilbert is cheap? Do you have any idea what you're talking about? Have you seen the changes that he has made to the arena since he bought the organization?

Uhh did you watch the Cavs the past 6 seasons? Why don't you stick to getting owned on the politics and college forums. You don't want to be made out to be an idiot on the pro forum as well.

He has done everything that he can. What do you want him to do? He went after Stoudemire and the Suns wanted too much. He has gone after every big name that Bron wanted. To say that Dan Gilbert is cheap is idiotic. Dont comment on things that you know nothing about. At first I didnt understand why people give you such a hard time......now I get it

You can say a lot of things about Gilbert, but one thing you can't say is that he is/was "cheap"

I guess you could hang your hat on that sort of thing, but I really don't hear fanbases bragging about division titles multiple years down the road. It is all about rings

I like Phil Jackson but I'm not a big fan of the comments that he made. I could care less about the Heat but I feel bad for Spolestra, the guy has been hearing it from the media since the summer and now he has to hear it from a fellow coach. Seems kinda shitty. Maybe Pat Riley wont be able to do any better. Everybody points to the coaching but maybe these guys just dont mesh well. Bron and Wade are ball dominant and they always have been, thats not gonna change.

Funny you should bring this up. Lebron has clashed with every coach he has because he think he's smarter than everyone and knows exactly what everyone should do. That works on the Cavs when Lebron is the dominant personality, but not on the Heat when there's another one, especially one who listens and respects the coach (Wade). You've already seen Lebron and Spoelstra clash this year, and at this point, the blame is entirely on Lebron.

The more and more you look at it, the more and more Lebron is ruining his legacy. Ultra talented player, but arguably the most selfish player of all time. Even Jordan would listen to Jackson, because COACHES KNOW MORE THAN PLAYERS. That's why they're coaching.

I'm going with a conspiracy theory with this one. The Heat don't play to their potential on purpose early in the year, Riley takes over as coach and they dominate. It has all been planned. We'll see if I'm right, but man I hope I'm wrong. I don't even want them to make the playoffs.

That Jordan commercial is awesome. There are some great lines in it. "Maybe its my fault that you didn't see that failure gave me strength, that my pain was my motivation" is awesome. And also, its nice seeing Nike's own marketing used against them haha.
