Titans coach Jeff Fisher said this evening that Vince Young will need surgery on his flexor tendon injury in his thumb and will be placed on the Injured Reserve list.

As much as I love Jeff Fisher, he's entirely fucked up the way he's handled VY.

Hell, even Skip Bayless agrees. You just don't treat your starting QB the way he has and not expect there to be issues.

True, but VY is too damn sensitive. You're in the League Vince you gotta man up. I like Fisher too and I think most of their fans do too, Young has hardly been the model of consistency, so Jeff won't feel a lot of heat or feel it very long.

I agree Hb but he is a baby that should get some psychological help before even thinking of playing football again.
This is the 2nd time at this,If things don't go well he can't handle the adversity.
