the system isn't set up for harbaugh. while he is a great coach, it will still take a multiple year transition to get away rodriguez's players

I agree. If they are going to get a new coach, its going to be a guy who is more of a smashmouth big ten traditional style of play. And if thats the case, they shouldn't expect to see dividends be paid for another 2-3 years because its hard to play smashmouth football with a bunch of track athletes.
