Heatly and cooke are apples and oranges. Cooke has been suspended multiple time and has been part of controversial hits (ovie knee and savard elbow). So yes he should definitely get suspended longer.

Oh, and Ovie was suspended when he hit Campbell. The difference is those players aren't constantly being talked about as dirty and are not constantly part of plays that injure or could injure other players.
