starting to become a lengthy list of needs:

OL (guard or tackle)
DE (still need to look this direction for a better replacement for Aaron Smith)
CB (they need a big time player here, can't wait until after the 5th round)

I like Mike Pouncey either in the first or second round. He has struggled some at center but he'll be a guard for the Steelers. Might as well get the brothers on the same team.

Somewhere there has to be an Aaron Smith-type. About 6'5, 300. Tall, powerful, will draw double teams. It probably will be somebody who has played inside in college.

The problem with cornerbacks is it's real tough to get an elite one unless you draft them early in the first round.

I think they need a big WR and some help on the oline. Other than that, it is mostly depth at some of the defensive positions

I would like for them to try and get Larry Fitzgerald but they'd have to trade a bundle of picks.

I would take that risk because I think that one player would keep them in contention for another 4-5 years. He'd catch 20 TD passes a year from Roethlisberger.

But the Steelers won't do something like that.

Fitz would be an excellent signing and he has Pittsburgh ties so that helps....but like you said, it doesn't seem like their type of signing.

A youth infusion on defense is going to be necessary over the coming couple of years. Hugely important players like Hampton, Smith, Harrison, Farrior and Polamalu are all either getting old or, in the case of Troy, have had enough injury problems over the course of a career to possibly not have a super-long career.

I'd love to see Fitzgerald in a Steeler jersey but I'd be shocked. The areas of need that Non listed are spot on. I'd throw kicker in there too if Suisham doesn't work out. UCLA's Kai Forbath or Alex Henery from Nebraska would be my choices. Might have to burn an earlier pick to get one but would be worth it IMO.

No, he's not. We disowned him a long time ago. If he shits on your lawn....shoot him. We don't care.

He's not our responsibility.

This is just to give us a sense of what might be available in the draft.

After the long playoff run.

Yeah good call.

I didn't realize he was that big, 6'6 and 292.

That's definitely who I want them to draft now that I realize his size. He plays like he's about 270.

He looks like the type that will be a combine freak. He might be long gone by the time Pittsburgh is up.

You really are stupid aren't you?

My "lulz" comment had nothing to do with the Steelers, but more so the ownage of Al Capone on this thread.
