rittman off to a nice start - looks to be 5-6 contendors out there, kind of what we thought early on. Dalton playing a lot better than the poor effort against tuslaw last week. They are hitting their free throws and hustling hard on defense. Are also getting good minutes off the bench from a couple soph's, especially chase moyer (he is going to be very good IMo). They are also rebounding very well, outrebounding their last two opponents who were both a lot taller. Still way too many turnovers, though.

well the only thing we know about the WCL at this point is that anyone outside of chippewa can beat anyone else this season.It really just looks like tremendous balance this season although i still feel that it's likely that the bulldogs and falcons have the best chance to be there at the end.

It's the software we use, which webcasts the game as we do it, FTPing the file every 30 seconds or so.

What a finish! Northwestern's McKean hits a 3-pointer with 2 seconds left to lift the Huskies over Avon, 63-62! Until the 4th quarter, Northwestern trailed by as much as 17 points and it looked like Avon would run away. What a comeback by the Wayne County school!

what are the wcal matchups for thursday? I know dalton travels to face a game smithville squad, the bulldogs looking to get their shooting touch back after a very off night against the bobcats (very solid team) last week.

Chippewa plays tonight at the Greynold's Classic, or so says the schedule I have for them. They do not play Thursday.
Dalton plays @ Smithville Thursday.
Northwestern plays @ Hillsdale Thursday.
Waynedale plays @ Norwayne Thursday.
