Looks like Diaco's Plan A is working tonight.

I love how tight they are playing. Army doesn't have the fullback to guarantee them four yards on any given play and it is apparent. Notre Dame shut down the interior, and Army went outside. Now Notre Dame has established the interior and is shutting down the edges and Army has absolutely nothing on the outside. Great to see the attacking; I wish we could have seen this during the Navy game!

Also, Rees threw some lasers in the first half, I have to give him some credit.

Harrison Smith is blow shit up. You can see him fly into option pitches and I love it. He's played really well tonight.

Yikes. Matt Barkley injured just before halftime, being helped to the locker room.

It's too bad Kelly is saving Wood and putting in Gray and Hughes. He was absolutely dominating.

Anything to beat USC though!!

It'd be nice to see Wood get 100 yards, its been a long time since ND has had a 100 yard rusher.

Wood back in.

Time to start thinking about the trip to SoCal.

I concur.

Fuck those Trojans. I for one have never seen a Notre Dame victory over them. I would like to see one this year

Real nice win for ND, Army is no slouch this year.

Grats, now take down the Trojans!

USC down 23-7 to Oregon State. Barkley was carted off the field with what is being called an ankle sprain. Not sure if I have seen someone carted off with a sprained ankle...

Yes. In the 2001 season I was in fifth grade and didn't play football. In 2002 I was a starter for the East Side Raiders and really started to collect the accolades and pay attention to college football. By 2004 I was highly attentive to the sport, by 2006 I was addicted and have been ever since.
