What is the proximity of Bowling Green University?
Is something going on in the Glass bowl that day?
Two Toledo teams that have to travel out of town to play each other ...hmmmmmmmm Like to know why that is..

Some other event going on at University of Toledo.BGSU is 30 minutes south right down 75S.You can see the stadium from 75S.

You never know what will happen..Whitmer has just as much talent as any team left and alot of speed on the team.

Good season to both teams. Whitmer will lose by 35+ to Ed's

I think you are going to see a shootout offensively. We have the speed at Whitmer plus we have some looks no one has seen(not on any film)and Whitmer may play some special kids both ways. You will not see our punter drop the ball with no pressure.St Eds defense is fair but definately can be scored at will.

St. Ed's has speed you haven't seen. They did the year we played them too, and bear in mind we also saw Fred Davis that year... Good luck to Whitmer, but St. Ed's usually doesn't have weak spots. I think you'll find it's very frustrating.

this, and I'm from Toledo--they haven't played ANYONE with the speed, strength, or depth that Ed's has....

St. Ed's--49
Whitmer-14

Whitmer just played a team with the same or better size and speed than Ed's....SJJ. And they beat them twice.

Granted SJJ totally outplayed Whitmer last night, but Whitmer found a way to win. Congrats to them.

SJJ has no where near the size or speed that St. Edwards has SJJ has seven players going both ways as well. If you think that SJJ ran all over Whitmer, Eds will do much worse.

Have already seen St Eds. and they are average fast and they get tired in the second half, watch Solon game.

You are wrong with your statement, have you seen these three teams play?? I said they can match them with size and speed, I didn't say they could match their depth. Both SJJ and Whitmer can beat this team. I think SJJ would have a better chance since they have a better passing game. They just didn't capitalize on their opportunities against Whitmer and that is why they lost.
St John's and Whitmer both have great team speed and excellent size, St Ed's wont be anything Whitmer hasn't seen already speed wise or size wise.

good god, man--you're delusional...Whitmer won't stay within 3 TD's of Ed's--count on it ;)

Yes I have seen all three teams play and I was present last weekend. If Whitmer does not develop a between the tackles running attack they are toast. If they go with their three man rush on defense St. Edwards will get 8-10 yards a carry on them. Who has Whitmer seen that has the team speed of Solon, Glenville, or St. Edwards? No one on either of their schedules compare to those three teams. I was more impressed with St. Johns offensively than I was Whitmer all they could do was run on the edge with their sweeps and if SJJ could stop it St. Edwards definately will. I was also impressed more with St. Johns defensively to me Meyers was the only one that stood out in the SJJ game he saved the game for Whitmer too many times to count.

Good points....I was also at the game and SJJ should have won. They were more impressive and more diverse than Whitmer.

Whitmer played their second worst game of the season and still beat St. Johns. That is not typical of Whitmer play except the winning part, they always find a way to win.
