Consider this an intervention of sorts.

Going to watch all the other High Schools still playing in the Playoffs.
Talk about the basketball program.
Scout WV HS football spring practice.
Design another Reno statue for Harding Stadium.

A couple of ways I've seen in the last day or so...

Create an obscene amount of stupid threads on message boards to try to make yourself feel better about the fact that your team is no longer playing this season.
Wonder why people can't stand your program and blame it on jealousy.

You mean threads like this? You people talk about Steubenville people having no class and such, THEN, you start/comment on threads like this, and simply egg them on, what the hell do you think they're gonna do? As soon as someone from Steubenville comments on this thread, they'll be labled a whiner, or a poor sport, or arrogant.

Mr. Dover, I understand completely, I really do, you have had an extremely small amount of success, I understand that you don't know how to handle it....This is not the way.

Here is my suggestion for how you should handle this with class.

You EXPLAIN to Steubenville fan how to entertain yourself between November and August, I mean after all, you have MUCH experience with it (much at the hands of Steubenville themselves).

Teach my friend....Teach.

I disagree, threads started by TT84 include:

How many guys has your team sent to the NFL
Your team and SI
Do you like Steubenville
and
Why don't you like Steubenville

I don't see what's there to appear that TT84 is jealous.

On the contrary, threads have been started like:

Steubenville Big Red (By a Dover guy)
and
Ways for Steubenville people to entertain themselves between Nov. and Aug. (By a Dover guy).

Those two threads not only cause trouble by egging on Steubenville people, they, I believe, are the people that look like the jealous ones.

I'm quite sure they can figure out what to do without my input. One thing I have seen them do, that I can't say about (most) of the rest of you, is show some class.

I read the threads immediately following their loss to Dover, and let's just say that the Steubenville fans were NOT the problem. Also, tt84 starting the threads was harmless and NOT malicious in terms of other teams.

Thanks for including me though....Dong.

No problem skank. I hope Mooney pulls this one out tonight so I can read your posts hating on them for a few more weeks. What a joke a paper tiger crying about the "r" word.

I'll tell ya what, just because I like you, win or lose, I'll hate on em. Of course not the kids, I'm quite sure they're not the one condoning recruiting.

By the way, last I saw it was Mooney 10, St V 6, who scored the TD for Mooney, the kid from Austintown? The kid from Poland? Salem? Who was it?

Who said it was? As a matter of fact, the last time WE played Dover, our reserves got alot of varsity experience, and our starters got alot of rest....34-0.

Didn't read the PD article yet did ya? Last week they did a follow up, kind of following a couple of the kids that "chose" St. Edward.

All you got is word of mouth, I have one of the biggest newspapers in the state as evidence.

This could be written by anyone on here about you

You go home early every November. You have ever since the inception of the playoffs

You should have it perfected by now.

Actually, the winning touchdown was scored by a kid from St Charles. Both his parents went to Mooney as well (by way of Parochial Feeders)

Sorry to disappoint you skanky

Was last year an early exit? State semis. How bout 05? State title game. 2002? State semis. 2001? again, State semis. So in the last 10 years, four (4) times we have went deep into Nov. once into early Dec.

Do your homework son.
