The return of ACC Sunday Night on FSN.

Not that I expect this to take off or anything, but the Heels are back in action tonight taking on Nevada.

Roy returns from his early week shoulder surgery and will be on the sidelines in a sling.

Game is just underway on Fox Sports Ohio.

Henson looking pretty good so far off the bench.

Hope Carolina can play well tonight and build some momentum heading into the matchup with MSU on Tuesday.

Is Nevada supposed to be a tournament team again this year?

Not sure wes.

But they have some athletes. And really don't look all that bad so far Carolina is just so big down low. Seems like the Heels are making a profound effort to get the ball in to the post. Deon is having a pretty solid first half, as is Henson off the bench.

Yeah, definitely a big week for the Heels. The MSU and UK games are very important for this young team. They can win both games, but not if they continue to turn the ball over like they have so far this season. Carolina needs to bring its "A" game this week.

And after that, they have Presbyterian and then Texas. I bet Roy wishes he had last year's team for this run of games. lol.

haha. Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to have Hansbrough, Lawson, Ellington, and Green.

It seems like Roy really likes to challenge his young teams. There's no doubt in my mind that he helped make this schedule to test what he knew would be an inexperienced, but talented squad. They'll be better down the road due to this competition, but it could be a rough ride over the next couple weeks if they don't grow up fast.

This Carolina team has the pieces to be a good defensive team, but it just isn't happening right now. Pretty awful defensive effort in the first half by the Heels but they're up by 7.

John Henson is really impressing me tonight. Maybe he's finally coming around.

Henson is so long and so athletic. The guys were talking about how it's been a struggle to convert himself from a back to the basket player to a perimeter guy. I think he is finally getting it.

At this point in Henson's career, I don't think he has a true position. He has the height and game to be a 4, but not the physicality. Roy is playing him at the 3 right now, and as you said, he's adjusting to playing a new position. As the season goes along, I think he'll continue to improve and his minutes will increase. If he sticks around Chapel Hill for another year, he's gonna be very good as a sophomore.

I don't think he'll go anywhere. He has a lot of potential yes, but in no way shape or form is he ready for the League.

Switched over to ESPN2 and I get to hear Gottlieb bash the Heels. How does he still have a job???

I think he'll stay too, but he might be projected pretty high just because of his potential. Hopefully he takes the Ed Davis approach and waits to leave after he is more mature physically.

Gottlieb is such a jackass. Maybe Coack K will get after him again. lol

It would be nice to see Nevada win.

Tarheels could lose to the Wolfpack in back to back days. :)

Nevada won't go away. Every time Carolina makes a little push to stretch a 6 point lead to 10 or 12, Nevada comes back with a little spurt of their own.

It will come down to free throw shooting. Carolina will get tons of paint touches late, and if they hit their freebies they will win. IF they aren't making them, then Nevada has a great shot at an upset.

Side note, the dean dome sounds like a morgue. Wine and Cheese crowd tonight.

Carolina is 6-14 (42.9%) from the line right now. Pathetic!

Also, friend of mine is sitting next to John and Elizabeth Edwards at the game.

The only thing icier than that relationship is the Heels free throw shooting
