OK FB guru's, need some help!

My mother's FB page is totally messed up. The whole top 1/2 of her homepage is coming up blank (white). And when she scrolls down and is able to start seeing stuff, she cannot comment, reply, like or anything.
Also, when hitting the help button, that comes up blank as well.

I've tried logging out and then back in. I've deactivated it for her and reactivated it.
I've tried all the usual computer stuff like scanning, cleanup, defrag, reboot, etc.
Nothing seems to be working for her.

Next I tried asking help page questions from my computer and it directed me to two email addresses to ask for help. One of them replied that they no longer provide that service and the second one has never replied at all

Anybody know what to do for this problem?

I'd like to get it fixed for her, because she doesn't get to do much and FB is something that she really enjoys.

I would remove/block all add-on/applications in FB. Also, go through her security settings.

First problem is YOUR MOTHER has a facebook page...lol. What the hell is this world coming to?

Delete the browser cache.

Yeah, my 75 year old grandma is on Facebook. Old women are the fastest growing demographic on there.

Facebook is no longer just a social site for young people. It's becoming a digital "public square" of sorts which is transcending age, gender, social class, education, etc.
