Is Ohio Chatter going to be observing this at all?

Maybe I missed a setting, but whichever one I try, still the wrong time.

I'm currently in GMT and I'm showing all the posts plus one hour Ohio time. (Old time) I'm on my Incredible using tapatalk and can't find the setting to correct it. No biggie though.
