I usually just check a local TV stations website.
On my Incredible, I use The Weather Channel and Weather Bug apps. I've found that the Weather Bug app to be much more accurate. In fact, TWC usually changes their forecast to what WB showed the day before.

i use weather.com for most. wunderground for some, wilkens for the offshore weather, and stormpulse for hurricane tracking.
