Ok OC, I am coming home Nov 18 - 21 to hang with my friends and family for the OSU/Iowa game. Looks like we booked a package to stay at Kalahari Friday 11/19 then check out Sat and get home for the game. Ever been? Anyone that wants to pop by anyways I'll be there!

I've been. It's sweet. Perfect for all ages.

The giant slides make you feel like a kid, but the 21+ hot tub provides adult beverages and such, reminding you of the pleasures of being an adult. :D

Also, the rooms are great.

Can't wait for it. I have seen it and my friends that are going said it was sweet. Beats just sitting around someone's house that Friday night or getting thrown out the Toledo Zoo which has happened recently the night before the Michigan game!! :)

Very nice place and its huge. However, they have had some issues recently with bed bugs.

But enjoy yourself, the water park is a blast and there is mini golf and tons of shops/places to eat. It's like a small town lol.

Love it there. Haven't been since the waterpark was expanded but we always have a blast when we go. I got kicked out of Kahunaville (sp?) 3 times in one night...too many drinks at the waterpark tiki hut that day, lol.

I love it there too. The sights are incredible there. I don't know where they are coming from, it definately isn't the Toledo area.

Erroneous. I have a lot of hot friends living in Toledo. You just need to go to the right places. :)

If I'm not mistaken Kalahari is the largest indoor water park in the country. I've never been, but I used to drive by it weekly when I lived in Norwalk. I've often thought about taking a personal weekend there sometime in the dead of winter to get away. I had friends who used to go in the summer which I never understood.

No, she's state licensed. She gets super offended when people say that. She's a pro, not a ho.

I love Kalahari. Its a blast for everyone. It can be pricey, but if youre willing to have fun and not be a downer about prices it is well worth it.

Happy ending places aren't state licensed. To be state licensed you have to go through an almost 2 year program and pass the state board test.

And the Yoko spas get away with the message portion because anyone can do "relaxation" massage but you have to be licensed to do theraputic(spelling) massage.

Kalahari is going to be getting a HUGE expansion that may even include a sports complex.

This place is going to be it's own city pretty soon.

Was this just announced? I know they had to halt the building in Virginia because they couldn't get loans to finish it and its been put on hold.

It was announced at least a week ago.

It's going to be around 25 million big ones...

As Con pointed out above me.
