The final 9 are playing right now. Two players have been knocked out already. Soi Nguyen came in 9th and won 811823. Matthew Jarvis went out in 8th in one of the most exciting hands ever. The Grinder went all in with A-Q and jarvis called his all in with 9-9 and was actaully a couple hundred less then the Grinder in chips. The flop came q-q-8. The grinders fans went crazy. The turn was a 9. Jarvis's crowd went crazy. The river was an A and the Grinders fans went nuts as he racked in a 30 million pot. The grinder is currently in 1st with 65.875 mil and Duhamel is 2nd with 48.9
Lets see a pro take it down Grinder all the way. They will play late into the night until only two are lef then resume monday and it will air tuesday on ESPN they started at 12pt and have only lost 2 players so far could be a long night of poker

How do you know what's going on? Are you there? Watching it online somewhere? Or are you just paraphrasing from some poker blog?
Also, your description of that hand sucks because you never told us what the loser's hold cards were so we have no idea why his fans liked the 9 on the turn.

Gotcha. I just clicked on it to see what it was like live. Do these guys really commentate the entire final table live as it happens? I always assumed that they recorded their commentary after the edit.

They have two guys commentating now but their not the announcers you will hear on tuesday im not sure who the british guy is commentating and i think the american right now is adam feldman a pro and poker writer. I think the players are on break right now as they are just showing highlights. Live is crazy its at the rio penn and teller show room. It seats 1500 and is full with people watching the table.

Just watched the finals on ESPN... Is Norman Chad the best option to do commentary on Poker??? Really... same stupid ass boring jokes time after time. He must have pictures of someone, or own part of the rights to the show LOL. I do not think he is very entertaining, or enlightening concerning poker.

Ehh, I like good old Norm, he makes it familiar to me, plus you dont have to look at his goofy ass but once or twice a show.
The action was exciting tho, expecially that 176 million dollar pot! I woulda liked to see th results diferent, because I honestly think that he lucked into the win, but....in the words of my Grandpa god rest his bones "Poker suckes you in, then spits you out, and you just jump in his mouth for another trip without thinking twice"....

You're pissing away the 'opp of a lifetime' by not just watching this shit, but then summarizing it to an internet message board.
How bored does one have to be to watch poker on tv?

Clearly not as bored as you are... to comment on a topic you do not like... on a message board
