The next Michigan game will be the only game of the year that I want Michigan to win. Get Wisconsin out of OSU's way.

How about Michigan beats Wiscy and OSU loses to Iowa. That sounds like a good weekend to me. ;)

This was a great must win game for Michigan. The games that could have made the season so far have all been losses with 2 more yet to come. They beat they 7 they should have and missed on 3 games that would have really boosted the view of Michigan football. If they were 8-2 at this time it would look much better than 7-3 IMO. However RR is safe for another year and they have a good chance of having a good season with a W in 1 of the last 2 games. If not, 7-5 is where most though they would be anyway with the make or break year in next year for RR.

Not that I give a rat's azz about Ratard Robinson's feelings but I don't know another coach in the country who would pull his designated "go-to-guy" starter just because he's thrown a couple of INTs during a game. A QB needs to know his coaches and teammates have trust in him even when he's having a worse game than usual. Going with Forcier looked very desparate and only showed RR is more concerned about saving his job instead of rebuilding a program with team unity.
That move by RR is why his nickname is DICK.

Tiernan, that's probably because you don't know much about football.

Let's see, Shanahan did it in the NFL just 2 weeks ago.

coaches do it a lot. They go to another semi-proven QB to see if they have something to get a spark going. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Your idiot sign on says it all...the pro game is differernt from the college game which is more in line with the HS game. Shanahan did it because he's coaching a prima donna and needed to show the bytch who the boss is. In college and HS the game is much more emotional and motivational. DickRod could care less about the kids in the scUM program and the sooner you skunkweasel sniffers realize this and can his worthless azz, the sooner your team will gain some semblance of respectibility.

I actually don't agree with pulling your starter, especially a talent like Robinson but I have to say he handles it well. He seems like a team player and not an "I" guy.

It pains me but Go Blue (only for this weekend).
