I just rewatched that last TD pass and from the ball covered 70 yards in the air from the time it left Pryors hand until it hit Posey's hands. He was on the 35 when he released the ball and Posey was on the 5 when it got to him. That's crazy!

I'm gonna start calling you the spin-doctor.

You were proved wrong, you spin it to make yourself look correct. Like i said...sad life.
Wow.

First off, I'm not spinning anything. My original point was that during Heacock's tenure here, He's not been offered a HC position. I guess I should have spelled it out for you though.

And you have to be the lamest dude on here. Your insults are trash.

It's nice to see that the special teams has quietly improved

I was just thinking that. Great kick coverage today.

i thought we were dead in the water.

Certainly didn't expect Penn State to fold like this.

Yeah, Pryor definitely has some crazy arm strength.

McGloin has come unraveled LOL. Too big of a stage for him right now.

Good point, no big returns this game, which has helped both the defense and offense in terms of field position.

I wonder if McGloin wants to give any more shoves to OSU D-Lineman or give anymore "yeah what" looks to the OSU bench?

McGloin may not have gotten the job done today, but he's gonna be a force for the next few years. He's that good, just hasn't shown it against a quality opponent yet

Uh, I'm sure we're all loving this. I may hate Heacock, but I love OSU. I don't think anybody wants to see OSU lose. Only an idiot would think that.

Which is a big part of his accuracy problems, he has issues controlling his arm strength

SportAndLady,

You can't deny that OSU looked pretty craptacular in the first half though. Our O-Line an D-Line were getting dominated. McGloin was picking apart our secondary. That's what most OSU fans were saying, and that is accurate.

OSU went into half-time and came out a ready to fight in the second half...

Also, after getting caught up with this thread, I think it's hilarious that our D and Torrence were getting ripped by some of the posters, and now the D has scored 14pts, with Torrence having 7 of them. Sometimes when you play a QB that you don't have alot of film for or haven't been able to scout, it takes some time to figure out the best way to defend them.

the same type of challenge presents itself next week... Iowa is basically the same type of team offensively, with one go-to deep threat (Koulianos) and a MUCH better defense

I never trashed ANY player on the defense. More so the schemes by Heacock.

I never once said anything bad about Torrence.

Let's be real though, PSU @ Home should be an "easy" win. They are not that great this year.

Don't forget about Marvin McNutt. He had a good game against us last season, I do believe.

Though I thought we would come back and win.... I didn't expect to go from down 14-3 to covering the spread now.
