There defense isn't bad, but I don't think they have enough offense to get it done this year.

Yeah, they will get a KO or PR for a TD.

What about the over 28 points per game that they average in the first half leads you to believe that they don't come out like a Ferrari?

illinois and wisconsin.

I guess my point isn't really that they don't get out to huge leads as often as in the past. just that when they don't they struggle with teams. With OSU you know in about 1.5 quarters how the game will end.

Ohio State should win big, but it will be probably a lot closer than what the spread suggests

Penn State is not happy with a 17 point spread. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/news?slug=ap-t25-pennst-ohiost

I also see this being closer than the point spread; mostly because JT tends to play his games conservatively and OSU is coming off a bye week. There will be a little rust and it may take a while to get things going offensively. If that pattern plays out, I see Ohio State pulling away in the fourth quarter for the win.

Ohio State is 26-4 in November under Jim Tressel.

Ohio State will receive the ball to start the game.

Boom Herron with two runs for about 17 yards then Pryor hits Posey for 49 yards down to the Penn State 12-yard line.

And once again our red zone sucks. We had 1st and 10 at the 12-yard line and we'll line up for a 26-yard field goal and it's good.

Ohio State: 3
Penn State: 0
11:36 left in 1st quarter

Penn State: 7

Wonder if this will change the November offensive playcalling??

What the heck was mcgloin staring at?

Our d usually gives up an early score. I'm not at all worried about the d. But would like to see some aggression on offense.

i was worried about this game since OSU is coming off a bye week. they need to wake up, or try harder, something right now.

Our defense is getting no pressure on the kid at the moment. We're getting owned at the line of scrimmage.

I could shred this soft zone. Just like the Iowa game last year. Kid making first road start and your playing soft zone or man on the edges with 8 yard cushion. Now the kid is completely comfortable and has a rhythem.

This defense is awful, the front four is as soft as any I can remember under Tressel., McGloin is the real deal. Pryor pissing down his leg again when facing a real defense. Buckeyes with no chance.
