It's tough times for some corporations. They need to stay strong and make profits. I see no problem with this at all.

Don't get me start on Bob Evans's restaurants - Darby Diva work there for a while with manager who would alter schedules on the help's day off in order to write them up for being late to work. Corporate caught him red-handed at it - and --still-- contested unemployment compensation for the people he fired.

I'll never darken their doorway again.

I had a boss that would change the schedule 3 or 4 times a week and sometimes he'd wait until the day before a week started to even make one at all. Most frustrating thing ever. His goal want to get anyone fired, though. He would just change things around to suit his social life. I watched him call his girlfriend while making a schedule one night so he could coordinate with her shifts/days off. Nevermind anyone else's life.

Its either 57 people now or everyone in the long run companies can't run the way they have before. Yeah its horriable for those 57 people but don't blame the company blame the world we are living in.

I understand if companies have to lay off workers, but why not somewhere else. Gallia County is where Bob Evans started; what a way to turn your back on your roots.
