Well when you have preface that for a school; example "I went to OU, but I went to the school of Journalism within OU!" thats a FAIL.

If he wasn't an idiot asshole in the pro sports forum I would leave him alone, but alas he doesn't.

Why get insecure about random anonymous internet users and their opinion of your career path and school of choice?
Also, sports management is a joke, maybe I'm just trying to help people avoid blowing their money just to end up being a manager at your local McDonalds.

It doesn't seem like he was getting insecure at all.

You don't understand because you went to Marietta. Is that correct?

But is all seriousness I agree with what most have said. When I took it 3 years ago I felt there was more Geometry and Trig than Algebra. Also I don't know how much you've studied or how long but I definately wouldn't try and wing it like someone else suggested. I studied for maybe 10 hours and I regret it because I know I could have done better. I got a 480 which isn't too bad. I might try taking it again here soon to see if I can do better since Im actually gonna go for my MBA/MACC now that I have a job that will pay for it haha.
Good luck to you tho S&L.

Well, everybody knows that if you didn't go to a Big 10 school, you're basically trash.

I'm pretty sure your trash unless you went to OSU. But if you went somewhere in the Big 10 then you're not as trasy as somewhere else.

Well, since literally every single SEC grad in the world works for Big 10 grads . . . and let's not even start on MAC people . . . I don't mind if I'm not quite up to tOSU snuff. Just being a Big 10 grad is validation enough. It's like one of the Walton heirs feeling poor compared to Warren Buffet. At the end of the day, sleeper and I are still BIGTENSECURE!

I tend to agree with FFT, Big Ten grads don't have to worry about unemployment. Want to fix unemployment? Create more Big Ten schools.

If your goal is to go to a, you know, good school with good employment prospects, then you do yourself a disservice by not studying and maximizing your score. Look at the salary differentials between someone going to, e.g., to Wharton or Kellogg for their MBA as opposed to BFE State U. If your goal is to give up 2 years of your life and tens of thousands of dollars in tuition and not earn a good return on your investment, that's your call. But if you're getting a degree in business to do something crazy like run businesses and make money, you're best off doing some research, studying for the GMAT, getting into the best school you can, and maximizing the return on your investment.
It is pretty damn easy to get into Ohio Univ's MBA program. MBA and OU aren't a combination for a good education....ROI will be poor....This is why I said what I did...

I've been in the working world for 20 years. I've met some great Ohio State grads and some total morons with OSU degrees. Blanket statements are a bad idea. Don't let the tougher admissions standards at OSU fool you. Any living organism can start at a branch campus, transfer to Columbus, cruise through easy courses and get a meaningless degree.
Don't get me wrong, I hold a graduate degree from Ohio State and have great affection for the place. But don't make blanket statements about other schools when yours is far from perfect.

This. You can say this about pretty much any school, except maybe the ivy schools.

Maybe about big schools, but any degree from a small liberal arts school isn't even worth the paper that it's printed on.

He consistently outdoes himself. He never, ever breaks character. It's impressive.
