- Cook the chicken in the beer for 8 hours until it starts falling apart (we usually put it in before we go to bed so its ready when we wake up). Drain the beer and shred chicken with a fork. Add cheese, ranch and wing sauce. Add as much as you want to taste, I usually end up using all of it. We eat it with home made tortilla chips.
This is my recipe for buffalo chicken dip:
2-3 lbs shredded chicken breasts
2 bricks philly cream cheese
1 bottle kens chunky bleu cheese dressing (have substitiuted ranch before and it just doesn't taste as good.
~18 ounces of franks red hot sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese as you like....
The cream cheese thickens it up more. Yours has to be pretty runny without the cream cheese.
