Didn't the accuser refuse to testify/cooperate in the case? Makes it much more difficult to go forward if the victim does not cooperate.

Don't be so naive. I assume you also supported Michael Jackson back in '93 when he settled with his accuser in his child molestation case for $20 million. Soon after, the accuser and his family refused to cooperate.

But, who the fuck is going to let CHILD MOLESTATION go???

And had she won she would've made millions too, correct? AND had someone who allegedly RAPED her thrown in fucking prison. If that happened to me...I'd want the motherfucker to get what he deserved rather than just cashing in and watching him lie and walk around like he's innocent.

That's called having your cake and eating it too.

Fucked up parents who let their kids stay overnight at a grown man's house. A grown man with chimps as pets. That's who.

Right, she would have made millions either way, so why not take the guaranteed millions right away?

Because then somehow who violated you in an awful way gets to walk around free without receiving the punishment they should have. And he gets to go back to making millions so big deal to him, right?

Steelers should try and get Larry Fitzgerald.

He's projected to be a free agent after next year, 2011.

Arizona isn't a great situation now that Warner is gone. Hines will be retired by then.

Steelers don't usually spend a lot but I think that would be a guy that would be a great fit in the second half of his career, playing alongside Roethlisberger.

I can't picture the Steelers doing something like that...doesn't fit their trend. But it has to be tough on Fitz to be playing on a loser after getting a taste of the super bowl.

It would be uncharacteristic of them doing something like that, signing a big name free agent but I think Fitzgerald would be worth the price. Good character. Winner. You know with Roethlisberger they would be great for a few years.

Not sure if a trade would be a possibility. I think Fitzgerald has some clauses, but I'd give up a lot of picks. He'll be a difference maker.

Once again, you should keep your mouth shut when you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. ewok is a personal friend of mine, I doubt he would say such things about me......but you on the other hand?

I would jump for joy if that happend. Fitz is one of my favorite players in the game. I'd love to see him in the black n' gold.

There has been talk about this on the talk shows. Fitz is unhappy in Arizona due to the qb situation plus he is familiar with Pittsburgh. I would not rule it out.

Fitzgerald would be a great fit in Pittsburgh. I'd hate to see that happen, though.

And how about we keep this thread on topic? Quit bitching back and forth with each other like little children. Jesus, you're grown men (and women).

It's hard for me to say who will win this game. I'd usually say Pittsburgh but for some reason I think Cincy is going to pull it out. I say Bengals by 3.

It's really a must-win for Pittsburgh. Here's to hoping that the 3-4 Palmer passes per game that SHOULD HAVE been picked off actually are intercepted by the Steelers. I'm saying Steelers win 27-13.

It's a must win. Not in terms of overall record but because the Steelers need to win all of their remaining division games in case there is a tiebreaker with Baltimore.

A lot is on the Steelers offense to be more focused on their assignments and execute better. That unit has to start coming together and being more efficient tonight.

Bengals will get up for this game so it's up to the Steelers to come in well prepared and focused.

The play calling needs to stop being so damned predictable for the Steelers. If I can tell what the play will be before it happens then professional players and coaches sure as hell can too.

The big stat is third down conversions.

The Steelers are 29th in the NFL.

That will solve a lot if they can convert third downs and keep the offense on the field. Then they'll run more plays and get in a groove.
