But both of those teams are potentislly playoff teams. While I think most Browns fans viewed them as bad losses, they aren't veiwed as negative as they once were. I think this team learned alot from losing those game in the 4th quarter that has helped them put teams out earlier rather than letting them get back into the game.

I've got to admit I love how this Browns team is playing. I wish my Bengals played with this kind of heart. They look like they have something with McCoy and Hillis is a fun guy to watch. Nice win

yeah, woulda, coulda, shoulda...but I am a happy dude right now. Hopefully, those early 4th quarter meltdowns don't end up mattering at the end of the year.

They'll be a new No. 1 team in the power rankings.
Check back after the Monday night game.

It's too bad it took this long for the Browns to realize they should be a power running team. McCoy is the best QB we've got, he better not come out when Wallace and Delhomme are ready.

Nice win. Peyton Hillis is one of my fantasy football RB's. LOL. Well done, sir.

I have been pretty hard on Womangini, but I have to give him credit where its due. He has these guys ready to play. The Browns were playing hard and looked like they were having fun the whole time.
I am pissed at myself for not starting Hillis today.

I have been even harder on Daboll, but I cannot complain at all with what he did today.

Does Eric Mangini dare start Seneca Wallace if he is 100% healthy and ready to play this week? Reghi is on Browns react saying you know deep down he wants to, but does he have the courage to bench McCoy after the way he has played against 3 of the best teams in the NFL?
Also, I just looked it up and the Browns have to have the hardest schedule inthe league up to this point. Out of 8 games, they have played only 1 team with a losing record (Cincinatti) and their opponents have a combined record of 41-22 for a .650 wining %, and that only figures to get stronger next week when a 6-2 Jets team comes to town. That is crazy.
I hate the woulda shoulda coulda game, but man would it be nice to be 4-4 right now instead of 3-5 because as good as the team is playing, a potential wild card run would probably be a lot more realistic.
As it stands there are 12 teams (out of 16) in the conference with a better record, and that is probably too big a hole to dig out of realistically unless they go like 7-1 down the stretch (which is not going to happen) as 10 wins will be the bare minimum for a wild card spot.
That being the case it is time to just let Colt keep playing no matter what so that come next season he is ready to lead this team to a legit playoff run as he will be experienced and it is safe to say he is the QB of the future now at this point.
He values the ball and is accurate in a way that no QB has been for the Browns probably since Kosar. He also looks like more of a leader out there in just 3 games as a rookie than any QB has for this team since they came back. To go 2-1 in his first 3 starts against Pitt, N.O and N.E says a ton about him, as he has that look of a winner out there. The stats and measurables don't look impressive all the time, but he is winning games and looks to be in control which in Cleveland is just not something we are used to seeing. I want to keep seeing more at this point as there is no reason to play any of the other guys given the sitaution.

I don't see any reason to bench Colt. If they are scaling down the playbook, then it is a different story....I don't think that is the case. Right now, I think he gives them the best chance to win and that is all that matters.

Colt is playing just the same way Wallace would be playing in my opinion. The only difference is McCoy has way more room to develop than Wallace. It would be pointless to start Wallace. He and Jake Failhome should stay on the sideline.

Colt McCoy is a winner...period. He has the "it" factor. You can see it in his eyes and the way he carries himself. If he doesn't continue to start, it would be a huge mistake.
And Peyton Hillis is a man amoung boys. Thank you Denver...hope your ass don't hurt.
