it's a sad, sad day for the Big Ten when Michigan acts like they won the NC (did you see one of their coaches actually crying??) after winning a 3OT game while giving up 65 points...but for them, I guess it IS like winning the NC

I don't think it was because they won as much as how it was won. Most 3 OT high scoring affairs are celebrated like that aren't they?

Zook is a joke. Line Illinois up against a normal offense and they are pretty good. Line then up against a gimmick offense and they are completely unprepared.

Yeah I really don't have an issue with the celebration. It was probably a win that saved Rich Rod's job too.

If giving up 65 points and beating Ron Zook of all people saves his job, that is not a good sign for Michigan.

No problem with a celebration after a 3 OT emotional game.....

This keeps his job hopes alive, but it doesn' save his job, IMO.

They played admirably on the 2 point conversion to win it, but that's about it.

You think if Michigan put 11 practice dummies on the field for their defense that Illinois scores any more points? :D

And this is official..

Denard had concussion like symptoms and was held out as a precautionary. "Probably could have went back in" but they are really strict about players re-entering the game with that kind of injury.

Only a matter of time. This isn't the Big East.

Only a matter of time....before a new D coordinator is hired.

This offense is clicking on all cylinders and im curious as to how some of the local OSU fans will discredit Michigans offense again this week.

Michigan's offense is legit and RichRod is the right man to lead Michigan.

Greg Robinson... dude's gotta go, and I wouldn't be surprised if he was fired before the bowl game.

Nice win for Rich Rod today, but I can't help but think about the direction this program is taking. They give up 60+ points to Illinois go to triple overtime against Illinois and win their 6th game of the year to become bowl eligible. The team promptly stormed the field and acted like they had won the National Championship. Somewhere Bo Schembechler is shaking his head
