Brewery with a restaurant and outdoor shop attached. Why outdoor shop? why not? Not a hunting and fishing place, though, a backpackers type of store.

1) Buy a big ice cream truck.
2) Tear it apart and equip it to make Philly Cheesesteaks and fries.
3) Drive around Ohio State's neighborhoods.
4) Serve the massive lines of drunks waiting to buy your delicious food, since your brought the food to them and didn't expect them to walk all of the way to High Street.
5) Count your cash.

From my military days working with explosives I wanted to work for Red Adairs when I got out but things did not work out like I had planed. I would still like to work at Oil Fire but that not going to happen ever.

Little more down to reality Rife/Pistol Shooting Range and Safety Hunting Camp. Where Families could come for a week or two and shoot different weapons and learn weapon safety…
Nice log cabins, big lodge, inside and out side rife and pistol range, few hundred areas plus of hunting land, stocked with game. Hold championship shooting events …..of the world best ..

Oh! One more thing Hot Girls w/ Weapon Events...

Microbrew Pub/Restaurant with a connected Cigar Bar with a humidor room.

It would fail since most people would want crappy Bud, Miller, or Coors and with Ohio smoking laws...it would have to be out of this "great state of Ohio".
