Lebron did the smart thing, and a thing every star should do, put pressure on the organization to build a team around him. He gave them three years and they didn't do it.
Yet, you wanted him to commit to another 5 years after knowing they didn't do anything in the previous six years he was there? After the GM and coach were fired?
Any person with any sense would have done the exact same thing Lebron did (minus the decision).
To answer your first point, no...not when it's keeping free agents from commiting here, long term.
To answer the second part of your third point, the coach & GM got fired BECAUSE of Lebron. Despite LBJ's, after the fact, adulation of Mike Brown, he didn't like him as a coach. He already tried pulling the same shit with Spoelstra earlier in the year.
And he had EVERY right to leave. That's why it's called "free" agency. But before he starts pointing fingers, after the fact, he should look at the REAL reason the Cavs didn't win a title....HIMSELF(ish).
