Noticed this at the local BK outlet here in the Fertile Crescent - this might be one thing that gets me to stop here in the morning on occasion.
I used to work a lot of overnight shifts, and grew to hate "breakfast sandwiches" - they were the only thing you could get at 6 in the morning. I personally hate Egg Mcwhatevers - the English muffins they use taste and chew like cotton balls.
This seems to be a "love it or hate it" thing with most people . Strange - Jack In The Box out West and Whataburger down in Texas has offered their lunch and dinner menu all day for many, many years.

A whopper with an egg on it doesn't sound to appealing.

You do know that McDonalds has breakfast sandwiches on bagels, biscuits, and pancakes, and Burger King has them on biscuits and croissants. And both have wraps. No one is making you order a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin.

Not a fan of Whoppers...or BK in general. I don't think I've gone there in 3 or 4 years. When I do I just get a hamburger with ketchup only....and they have the WORST fries ever.

I would easily take Burger King over McDonalds. Wendys and Burger King are superior to McD's for me. With that being said I don't think I would get a Whopper at breakfast time.

Agreed. I can't remember the last time I had McD's for anything other than breakfast actually, and I prefer Burger King's breakfast anyway.

I like whoppers, but think the idea of eating one early in the morning for breakfast is gross. your wife seriously eats a whopper for breakfast every day??

I could take a couple bacon cheeseburgers and a large order of fries for breakfeast.

Especially since the next few posts after the original one clearly explained what he was saying.

Burger King is nasty. Leaves the worst aftertaste of anywhere I eat.

Really? I know a lot of people that don't care for BK. I can't think of one time that a a group I'm with has chosen BK as place to eat on a road trip.

The only I really care for at BK is their double cheeseburgers and whoppers. I think the rest isn't good.
