Both have Ohio State playing in the Capital One Bowl against South Carolina and Oregon against Boise State in the National Championship.

Wisky has left:

@ Purdue
Indiana
@ Michigan
Northwestern

Only possible game I could see them struggling with there is Northwestern, the other three they should win handily.

Michigan State's remaining schedule:

@ Iowa
Minnesota
Purdue
@ Penn State

I think they'll be tested in Iowa City this week, and against Penn State because its a rivalry game, but they have a chance torun the table as well.

Somehow I think that if both lose 1 more game, and OSU runs the table from here out, the Bucks are in a BCS game.

if OSU, Wisky and MSU win out, unless Wisky is top 4 in the BCS, it will be a fight over who will bring in more $$$$ for an at-large bid, and I think we know who wins that battle.

If they all 3 win out, Wisconsin and Michigan State will get the BCS games

What are you basing Wisky getting an at-large bid over OSU on?

^^^^

probably because they beat us head to head, but we all know that doesn't make a damn bit of difference. When it comes down to it at that point, is about who is going to bring in the most dollars, who's fans are going to travel the most. Wisky travels fairly well, but nobody in the Big Ten travels as well as Ohio State

Thats exactly it. If the Buckeyes manage to win out they will be in a BCS game.

exactly. The BCS doesn't care about head to head wins, the BCS cares about $$$$. It isn't an NCAA sanctioned Championship series, it is a $$$$ sanctioned championship series

and anyways, I see Michigan State being tripped up this wekeend. That will be an angry bunch of Hawkeyes coming off the loss to Wisky, and the lucky streak can't continue forever (fake FG against ND, coming back down 17 vs. Northwestern)

This discussion about Ohio State getting a BCS berth will end in about 4 weeks anyway

Wisky and MSU will represent the Big 10 in the BCS

If they end up playing South Carolina...they will get rocked

Wisconsin might finish in the top 4, which would guarantee them a BCS bowl bid. If they don't finish in the top 4, and both UW and OSU win out, Ohio State would almost certainly get picked over them for the spot.

Yea....we suck this year...I said that all along

I didn't blow my team up to be the best team in the country only to have them get destroyed in Week 7

WHY???? That money arguement should be bullshit.

It should go to the most deserving team, which would be Wisconsin
