Akise teague should be at chaney hes the one everyone is so high on around the state. Whats you excuse on him sorry that his parents actually want him to have a good education. If i were still in school i would wanna go to Ursuline or Mooney to win and stay away from the violence would you agree to my argument at all? In all seriousness jokes aside.

You could have stopped right there, "to win". Kids are not supposed to choose a school based upon "winning". Oh, wait, we're talking parochial? Forget what I just said.

Is it OK when kids select Massillon, Steubenville, etc. because they have good programs?

Yes it is, mainly because of how you worded it, "when kids select". You know, without a parochial school coaching staff storming a kids home in the middle of the night, kicking the door in, and dragging the young man out against his will, while his mom and dad are hysterically crying and begging them to leave the child with them.

I think you got that confused with when a Priest needs a new alter boy?

This statement is totally uncalled for. There is no place in ANY forum for this.

When you play in a highly competative league that's had the same teams in it forever like the WCAL every week is a big rivalry week! but that being said Dalton - Tuslaw has really taken on a life of it's own ! but it's not massillon- mckinley, or orrville - wooster, or dover - new philly.

Surprised to not see Fremont Ross and Sandusky in most of these posts. This rivalry is the second oldest rivalry in Ohio. Many great players have played against each other, most notably Charles Woodson-Fremont( Heisman Trophy Winner) and Orlando Pace-Sandusky, in this storied rivalry. This is a great story because they also happened to play in the biggest rivalry in college sports against each other (Ohio State and Michigan); and have also played against each other in the Pro Bowl. So much history in this storied rivalry; not to be mentioned in the top 3 is quite a mistake.

For the record, Bellaire and Martins Ferry played their 105th game last night.

Puts them in the top 5 in the state!
