If the Browns had a couple really good receivers they would be dangerous....

Good win by the browns.
Just what they need to keep Mangini and Daboll around so they can go 5-11 this year and next.

Yep.
Well, I think if we had some legit playmaking WR's we'd be dangerous. I think Colt has shown the ability to throw the ball in the NFL.. I also think our running game is more than good enough.
MoMass is a #2 at best and Cribbs is more of a jack-of-all-trades type of guy. Suited best for a slot spot.

MoMass is a nice number #2...look at what he did when Braylon was drawing double teams. They need a legit number #1, but that Oline was getting moved too much and Joe Thomas has looked like he regressed this year.

I agree about MoMass. He could definitely be a very good #2. He's got speed and good hands.
He's not afraid to go over the middle either, which is why he was out this week.

Wonder if the Browns draft Blackmon or AJ Green if they fall to them in the draft...Or if they try to trade for a playmaking WR

Yeah. The O line needs work. Doesn't matter if you have nice wide outs when your line only gives a guy .2 seconds to throw.MoMass is a nice number #2...look at what he did when Braylon was drawing double teams. AJ Green and MoMass? LOL.
I wouldn't mind Julio Jones either.

Lol whats wrong with Both of em? I mean i know they both went to GA but I think AJ is gonna be a stud.
Julio would be nice in that offense as well, give Colt a big target and a deep threat

I would rather have a proven guy....I so wanted Brandon Marshall to be a Brown when he was on the market.

I would rather get a WR via FA or a trade. I like Jones and Green, I just dont like the idea of the Browns take a WR in the 1st round

I would take Green or Jones. This years draft is a very good WR draft.
Great gameplan by Ryan. Brees was confused often today. He doesn't throw 4 picks very often.
And even though Colt's stats weren't as good as last weeks, he didn't turn the ball over and he was impressive again. He also had a couple drops that could have been big gainers.

yeah, seems like the top tier guys are all drama queens....I would love to see him as a Brown. You are lucky Hb, you have Roddy White...legit #1, soft spoken....those are rare.

I really think it is the company they play with/organization.
Just look at all the Colts WR they have had over the years. Anyone who can take Reggie Wayne from Da U and make him as quiet and humble as he is can make anyone this way. Even Marvin Harrison is a bad guy who you never heard about in regards to the NFL.
Matt Ryan seems to have done the same thing for the Falcons that Peyton does for the Colts.

Not saying anything is wrong with AJ Green. Just thought it'd be funnny if both our starting Wr's were from GA.
Robiskie would be solid in the slot, so we definitely need a WR.

I don't either, but sometimes there are WR's who deserve to be taken in the 1st. And those are two of them. Big, fast, and freakishly athletic and proven playmakers.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to snag a guy like VJax in trade, but what would we have to give up for that? We need to build a complete team, which means keeping depth and draft picks. If we could do it for a 3rd round pick or something, then hell yes... but I doubt it.

Thing is, these "troubled" receivers don't usually cost much....I would give up even a 2nd rounder for a guy with that kind of talent. Sometimes, teams just want to get what they can for them...see the Randy Moss to NE trade. Although, I guess it didn't work out with Moss there.

I think if they can get a true #1 WR that can strecth the field Mass/Robiskie/Cribbs will benefit so much from it.
Joe Thomas, has not looked like a 3rd overall pick the past few games, he looks really slow and confused.
