We'll still take ya back though...lots nice houses over here. Just kidding around....congrats to the runner. Sit with woo....but wear something for us.....something subtle....like maybe paint your chest red!
5 Knots, I know this is an old post in this thread but I couldn't let it go. Just so you know the Orrville coaching staff has 3 coaches who all have significant other's who are Wooster Grads and have proudly change their allegiance and now wear Red and White.

I just dropped of some BRF "special" sprinkles at DQ for the Wooster fans.

WHEREAS: I declare it Christmas in Wooster today with Tefs and the school board acting as Santa Claus and all the other administrators as the "good boys and girls"!

Nice move.

I would also like to give a BRF Tip of the Hat to Plant and Dorksen on the outstanding special edition for the 100th game in today's Daily Record. I am digging all that history in it!

Bonfire tonight! It would be next to impossible (and this is NOT to be interpreted as a "dare") for Wooster kids to rush up to the bonfire. Beside the big crowd of fans, the place is ringed by lots of firemen and police!

Go Riders!

We are just trying to save the world.......1 person at a time if that's what it takes.

I thought the Daily Record Special Edition was a bit one sided in Wooster's favor in regards to the rivalry. Most photos of games from Wooster wins. It didn't even mention the Orrville's dominating decade of the 90's winning 9 out of 10 gameS, multiple playoff appearances and a State Title. But it highlighted Wooster's one of only a few playoff appearances in 1986. I guess a 44-12 win by the Red Riders in 1998 was not really that great of a game even though Orrville went on to win the only State Championship Wayne County has in football.

RRTradition: I hear ya. I liked reading about it from the "enemy" point of view, though! ;-). BTW, I think it is a DR conspiracy for their staff to pick us to win, 7-2, including the guest picker's pick! BRF knows what is going on there. Trying to hex us! Won't work! Go Riders!

P.S.- O-villeQB: give Ringz a double dose of those sprinkles!

"we miss Lebron".......ha ha ha ha

We will burn his jersey tonight, too.

I'll bet there will be a lot of people downtown at the square tonight in honor of Seifried Drug Store!

Go Riders!

By my math...it's going to come down to us beating Wooster for the #3 seed. Northwest, Triway and Mansfield won tonight.....that's 16 2nd level points. If we beat Wooster, that's another 37.5 2nd level points for a total of 171.5 or 17.15 computer points. A win over Woo gives us 5.5 1st level points for a total of 36.5 or 3.65 points.

3.65 + 17.15 = 20.80.

I have Genoa with 20.60 as a best case scenario.

3 seed probably gets Triway....4 seed probably gets OG.

We need to win. Its as simple as that. Control your own destiny. We need to come out with fire in our eyes (no pun intended).

Agreed, we have 165 now and would be at 208 after tomorrows win :) or 20.8 to Genoa's 20.6 max if Upper Scioto won.
A loss puts us at 16.5 in 5th to OG's 18.0 for 4th spot and a long drive next Friday night. triway at 16.0 will be 6th either way and Huron 7th at 13.7 getting EC , with Ontario at 13.1 and getting the trip to the valley and the #1 Colts :(

Even with all the play off implications of tomorrow night's game, the Riders cannot look past The Generals. The Blue and Gold is primed for this game.

Yep...the Generals are officially eliminated from Playoff contention even with a win over Orrville. Maybe scheduling Galion and Ellet wasn't such a good idea after all, huh? Unreal. We need to beef up the non-conference schedule big time.

Warm up games against cupcakes never pay off. Although wasn't Galion 10-0 or 9-1 last season? Dice roll there. Wait they are a D4 team. WTF??????????
