BTW, we had a discussion last night about Billick's college experience, if he even had any. According to the link I posted above, he does have some college experience but it's been 17 years since he's coached in the college game.............repeat, 17 YEARS ! If ND some how hires this guy (which I highly doubt), then the problems run alot deeper than just the HC.

I think people have known the problems run a lot deeper than that for a while.....

I saw this yesterday as well. Basically said he talked to someone very close to the ND situation. Sources I assume. Who knows.
Again, I think ND would be crazy to go the NFL way again. I truly believe there is just too much of a learning curve for someone who hasn't been in the college game for a long while.

With the way their last 2 hires have gone, you never know whats going on in the heads of the ND administration over there

As for why Stoops would leave Oklahoma for ND.....he'll be asked that if he's the next head coach for the Irish so you'll get an answer.

^^^^Go back and read this thread, I'm not buying it either. I think Tillman is making this up because he doesn't want Stoops to leave his alma mater (Tillman's) and probably head to ND, atleast that's how I'm reading it.
