That's what Speils was talking about also. They have the offense to hang with anyone in the Nation on a given Saturday. BUT the defense is suspect at best right now.

I agree with what everyone else is saying. Great offense. Suspect defense. Which makes me think TCU belongs ahead of them.

I don't really care who wins but I'd like to see the Illini make this a very close game, at least.

Illinois' best shot at running is going to be with Juice himself

How are you going to have a running back like Isaiah Pead and only run the ball 4 times the whole game!!!!!!!!!!!

I did think it was a bad call too. let the guys celebrate a little bit. But regardless, still a prime example of Illinois killing themselves.

Not taking anything from Cincinnati, but Illinois been killing themself!!!!!!!!

-Late hit late in the 1st half when inside the 6, had to settle for a field goal instead
-Juice missed a wide open receiver in the 3rd quarter that was a sure touchdown
-Illinois defense had a great goal line stance, but a personal foul gave Cincinnati new life, and they took advantage of it with a touchdown.

My goodness!

Ok Illinois, you can't run the ball right now. Just freakin' air it out.

I know it was still a nice defensive play to begin with, but he's got to hang on to that ball and come up with the pick.

TOUCHDOWN ILLINOIS

42-30 with a lot of time left when you look at these defenses.

Nice strong running by Juice.

Juice needed to run more in this game. He's Illinois strongest runner and he proved it on this drive.

If Illinois can get this to a one possession game with ample time left, I think Cincy will crap down their leg.

Cincy loves the cut block on those screens.

That Illinois player got his ankles taken out from behind. Kind of cheap and probably a penalty.
