Part of Favre's greatness in the NFL is due to his cockiness right? Always willing to try to force it into tight slots? Sexting should be expected, he only knows one way to do things, full throttle.

Considering they investigated the Jets for making "cat-calls" to that Mexican reporter I think they'd have to investigate this. Not that anything should come of it. I think the embarrassment should be punishment enough.

I mean, isn't sexual harassment a pretty big deal in every single other work place? Not sure why it would be any different for the Jets, the NFL, and Brett Favre. But like justin said, if you investigate the Jets for essentially drooling over Inez Sanz (I think that was her name?), then you have to do your due diligence when a star player actually sexts a photo of his schlong

If you give a guy your phone number he is allowed to call or text you. Now if you ask him to stop and he continues then you can have a problem.
