I remember being in school and watching all of this unfold. I'm not a Sox fan, but I hate the Yankees so I was pulling for Boston. It was unreal to watch it as it happened and it is one of those sports moments that you always remember where you were when it happened.

Yep. definitely will be watching..

Did anyone watch E:60 tonight. They had the story about the brothers from Ohio, and the one plays for Michigan. Very sad story.

Don't remember the last name, but the one brother was paralyzed and his brother was the player at Michigan. The paralyzed brother lead the team onto the Field against UConn this year.

Saw, the E60 show, and remember it from opening day. Great, great story.
2 brothers from Ohio, 1 went to Michigan as a player, the other went enrolled at Ohio State as a student. They were in a car crash and the brother who went to OSU was paralyzed. They gave him a 1% chance of walking again. But, he went to Ann Arbor for physical training and then trained with the Michigan strength coaches even as he took classes at OSU. He gained enough strength to walk with braces.
Then, during the season opener, he defied the odds and walked and led the team, with his brother beside him, onto the field and touched the banner. An OSU student leading the team on the field, with his Michigan player brother right beside him. Great to see and a great story.

I'm watching the 30 for 30 now, and even thought I hate both teams, it was still historic and epic.

I still can't believe Roberts stole that base, when everyone in the world knew he was going.

Love the way this is being told, with the first person camera from the Red Sox and then Bill Simmons and the other guy in the bar.

I believe this was about the Mealer family from Wauseon. If I remember correctly, their father was killed in the crash, very sad story.

I remembered ARod and his lips and the slap, but didn't remember the beer bottles either. I do vaguely remember the riot gear cops on the field though.
