If fines are levied, I hope to see a YouTube video of drunken, cigar-smoking Reds players throwing a bunch of currency on the ground, pissing on them (cocks off-camera, as only ETB and SB would want to actually see that) and then putting them in an envelope to send to wherever the cash needs to go.

I LOLedHere's what happens next. Reds owner Bob Castellini will receive a letter officially notifying him of the violations. Then, a health inspector must make an unannounced visit to the clubhouse sometime in the next 30 days, so, during the playoffs. If he observes anyone smoking, the team, as owners of the stadium, will be fined $100. So I'm sure the Reds are hiring a good lawyer as we speak.

Im curious...if it was in the clubhouse, thats not a public venue...the field is public, but not the lockerroom

Private clubs aren't exempt anyway unless they meet a laundry list of specifications. The main one is it can't have employees, which trips up basically every club. It's get nailed for smoking, or get nailed for tax evasion (paying under table to circumvent that "no employees" stipulation).
