The "patient" thing is what scares me the most in the playoffs. The umps tighten up the zone...the picthers are the best of the best and extra focused to not miss in a bad spot....will the free swinging Reds adjust? Dusty is a firm believer in jumping on the first good hittable pitch.....and I agree with that more than most of you think....but I feel several of the Reds hitters do not recognize whether or not it is really that hittable and the offense is not exactly killing it as of now.

Other teams will be extra patient in the playoffs making the pitchers work harder and more carefully.
