Yeah, MAllet threw the game away against #1 Alabama, too bad it wasn't against Purdue.

McElroy had two interceptions, Mallet had 3. That was the difference, plain and simple.

Don't know. They have some kinks in that defense. They will be tough to beat. But lets be honest...if not for Mallett throwing 3 horrid INT's....Ark wins this game going away. Yes, Bama defense had something to do with that. But not totally. Those were 3 BAD throws.

Agreed.
As the game went on, Bama just played their game, did their thing and won out.
Bama's defense is NFL like, with its blitzes and coverages. The offense is also NFL level, with the needed playmakers making plays when they need to. Nothing fancy, just going about their business.
They will beat Florida by 6 or 7, SC by 10-14 and cruise the rest of the way.

You're probably right since this is likely the best team they'll play all season and since they're in the same division they can't meet again. Even if Florida gets their issues worked out I don't think they stand a chance against Alabama. They do have to go on the road to South Carolina and to LSU. I think they are definitely better than both of those teams, but Baton Rouge is a tough place to play. They are lucky that they get War Eagle at home this year too.
