Honestly, I've gone from "feeling sorry" to "feeling pissed". I use Yahoo Sports and I've noticed that your Browns have gotten more columns focusing on their issues than my defending SB champs have for their season. I mean.....it's insane how you guys are getting a column (or two) a week ripping on Lerner/Mangini and we're completely under the radar. ;)

I'd say with my complaint, I'm more "jealous" than a "hater". I just want my team to get recognition instead of watching everyone take shots at you. But they all seem to be stuck on the "It's fun to kick 'em when they're down!" mindset, so you're possibly even surpassing Oakland in the "us media folk bashing you is FUNNY" category.

the whole team is garbage - if you're gonna play quinn, you need an O-Line to block for him and receivers that are a threat to go deep, and also a running back...we have none of those

the heck with wr that will get deep just catch the damn ball when it is thrown to you, thought that problem left for New York a few weeks back. Guess not. No running game and wr who dont catch = any qb looking like shit.

what little i saw of last nights game led me to this conclusion. They are calling plays that force quinn to look bad. I didn't see them throw 1 pas 20 yards down field and geometry aside, there is more space taken up by people when 22 people are in a box 20 yds by 53 yds versus when you spread them out, make 'em think deep and get 2 or 3 defenders back.
also i saw quinn get sacked by a 4 man rush on a 3 step drop. that's almost impossible. #78 (sinclair I think) got absolutely beasted on that play.

I really respect Steve Young as much as any other critique out there, and he said that even on bad teams you can watch a guy play and say, "He's a player". He said he didn't see that from Quinn.

Quinn is not the answer, and looked bad. It's obvious the Browns need to find a QB of the future in one way or another.

Is that supposed to make anyone feel better?

That's like choosing between a fat ugly chic, and well, a fat ugly chic. I'd rather have neither.

I think Quinn could be a Trent Dilfer type on a good team. He doesn't appear to have any of the "it" factor to be a star QB, but with talent around him could be an efficient clock manager. But with the current Cleveland offense, he comes off looking comically bad.

Late in the game when he threw to passes in a row down field and both were out of biunds by five yards says all you need to know.

THANK GOD DALLAS TRADED THEIR PICK TO CLEVELAND.

Agree. As much as you can make the excuse that his offensive line sucks, his receivers are not any good and he has no running game. He just isn't that accurate. And he refuses to throw the ball down field.

Now people jump on the play calling, but maybe Mangini knows he can't throw the ball downfield, or Quinn just refuses.

The Ravens were getting pressure with a 3 man rush! Quinn has no time to throw... no time for the WRs to get open... no playmakers. It is impossible to judge him because the team around him is so bad. He will end up hurt before the end of the season because the defense is just teeing off.
