it is of course bragging.
But beyond that it is a defense of the indefensible. It is so much worse when a person in authority brags about potential abuses of power. A police officer abusing their authority undermines our whole system. A moderator bragging about having all the information on a visitor to a website is a real abuse, no matter what anyone on here says.
Public information is not abuse, any way you want to spin it.

If I used my first initial and last name as my screen name, you could find me on there in 2 minutes.

why would I possibly want to? Since you chose not to use your name, I would respect your right to keep it secret. And beyond that it would be a real abuse for me to find out all the details of your life and then brag about the fact that I know them on a public forum. That is an abuse by anyone, but especially by someone given a certain level of authority on the site.

Yes but you were bragging about it here, bragging about your ability to get all the particulars on that person's life here.
And whether you chose to list your name is not definitive for the wishes of others. And beyond their name everything about their lives.

Are you bragging that someone wanted your info, so as to brag about getting your identity stolen on a public forum?? And that said bragging would make you look intelligent to those who tend to be bragidocious as a whole??? Just remember, it was once said "it ain't bragging if you can do it", so I'm pretty certain that person who you said was bragging about getting your personal info, really isn't bragging at all???

Now I feel better.

It has nothing to do with how easy although I found it fascinating that he was a Priest in South Dakota in the late 19th century.
Finding that information, threatening someone with that information, is an abuse of the first order, even if you want to dismiss it as "weak" The potential for harm is great. And the bragging about it, is demonstrative.

you have a very selective memory. You bragged about it on both sites. You had quite a list of the particular pieces of information you had about his life. You prefer to forget information, that list in particular, that is self incriminating and goes into much more detail about him than any county auditor's office should be listing on a public site.

It's not bragging or encouraging. It's informing you of a fact. You complain about someone having your information, fact remains, every second your online spewing your nonsense, you're giving someone even more of a chance to get all the info of yours they would like.
it is of course bragging.
But beyond that it is a defense of the indefensible. It is so much worse when a person in authority brags about potential abuses of power. A police officer abusing their authority undermines our whole system. A moderator bragging about having all the information on a visitor to a website is a real abuse, no matter what anyone on here says.
Public information is not abuse, any way you want to spin it.

http://www.franklincountyauditor.com/

If I used my first initial and last name as my screen name, you could find me on there in 2 minutes.
why would I possibly want to? Since you chose not to use your name, I would respect your right to keep it secret. And beyond that it would be a real abuse for me to find out all the details of your life and then brag about the fact that I know them on a public forum. That is an abuse by anyone, but especially by someone given a certain level of authority on the site.
I had no authority on JJhuddle. Sorry.

Public information is not abuse, using your first initial and your last name is not trying to keep it a secret.
Yes but you were bragging about it here, bragging about your ability to get all the particulars on that person's life here.
And whether you chose to list your name is not definitive for the wishes of others. And beyond their name everything about their lives.
This whole thread is weak. You say I am bragging about being able to get the particulars of someones life? Google "Chudecek" and see what happens.

I don't even know how to ding an IP
It has nothing to do with how easy although I found it fascinating that he was a Priest in South Dakota in the late 19th century.
Finding that information, threatening someone with that information, is an abuse of the first order, even if you want to dismiss it as "weak" The potential for harm is great. And the bragging about it, is demonstrative.
I didn't threaten anyone with that information. I gave it to the police because he threatened me.

Good troll thread though. I'm kind of honored that you have this great infatuation with me.
and brag about how you had found out every little fact about him. Bragged about it on jj and bragged about it on here. So everyone would know, no matter what their degree of internet knowledge, that you could find out all the particulars of their lives. It sure is reassuring when a moderator does that.
They are hiring moderators in Red China.
I NEVER bragged about it on JJhuddle. I find it hilarious that you are pissed about reading PUBLIC information. PUBLISHED articles, WIKIPEDIA, county auditor website. I DIDN'T know his social security number, his personal email, his phone number, his bank, etc.

The cops on the other hand, probably do.
you have a very selective memory. You bragged about it on both sites. You had quite a list of the particular pieces of information you had about his life. It is obviously something you really enjoyed because you brought it with you from one site to the other. Getting all that information on someone you wanted to get. Boy that is not scary.
You obviously made it up. I don't have a selective memory, and I think I know things I have done better than you.

You mean the information from his wikipedia and the county auditors website
You prefer to forget information, that list in particular, that is self incriminating and goes into much more detail about him than any county auditor's office should be listing on a public site.
Chudecek
"There are no results matching the query."

I told you, his wikipedia site had his work history.

Results 1 - 10 of about 524 for chudecek.

Way to absolutely LIE about there being no results.

What else do you LIE about?

I type the name in and that is the result I get
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Search?search=Chudecek&go=Go

But of course I dont have your background in searching the internet to find private information on others.

I dont lie. I read your statement of JJ, I read your statement here. It is scary for someone with a level of authority to take such pleasure in digging into the lives of others.

But that is not even important

what an outstanding use of outdated slang. would have been a great cut in 1969. having sammy davis jr. deliver the line.
