Yes, he would have one strike on the personal conduct policy and one strike on the substance abuse policy. They are exclusive of each other.

Dont know if you guys saw, but two other Jets were with Edwards when he got pulled over. Listen to Chris Mortensen he explains the personal conduct policy and the substance abuse policy

Braylon Edwards can't be suspended by the NFL, but can be by the team or did I miss something?

D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Vernon Gholston were in the vehicle as well.

Edwards won't start and how much he plays is up to Rex Ryan according to the GM.

What a screw up, I wonder if this will violate his probation from the assault case, it should. And what the hell was Vernon thinking hanging out with this idiot?

I'm glad that the didn't make him inactive for the game. Not starting means he could miss a total of one play. I'd hate to hamstring the receiving corps just to teach Braylon a lesson. I'd rather win with an idiot than lose without him.

This qualifies (not your post) for the "Dumb & Dumber" act of the week. Either Gholston & D'Brick were SO drunk that they let the least drunk drive OR they are so fucking dumb that they were sober and let the drunk drive. ScissorHands was probably driving erratically because he was in a slap fight with Gholston over OSU v UM.

Rex will turn him into a pro football player yet. He was actually pretty impressive against the Pats.

D'Brick is a smart guy. I'd assume he was drunk as hell.

Also, the cop had to be a Giants fan.
