Homer walks #8 to turn the Brewers line-up over to start at #1 for the 5th inning - setting up to be the inning the Reds fall behind.

BP scalds another one to RF to no avail. He's hitting the ball much better but not getting much to show for it. He needs to continue going the other way a lot like he has been, and he'll start to get some breaks.

Gomes was 12' from the wall on Braun's RBI double and it went over his head and hit the dirt before it hit the wall!

When the catcher caught it. I can agree with Joe's call. Anyway, Joey cannot take a pitch that close with two strikes and the lead runner in scoring position with no outs!

The pitch wasn't even close to being a strike. The catcher caught and brought it IN to the plate, it was WAY off the plate when it crossed.

According to mlb/gameday that called 3rd strike to Stubbs was the most questionable called strike of the half inning, and it showed it ticking the strike-zone.

That inning showed where these to teams are at in their offensive proficiency. Both get lead-off doubles, and Milw gets him in and Cinc doesn't.

Who does Dusty hit for Homer who's due 3rd in the 7th inning? Valaika, Cairo, or Hernandez?

Oops, they took Capuano out, so it'll be a left hander with one out and one on.

Of course he does.

God forbid Dusty send Bruce up there who is raking.

Francisco hit it sharply, but with the relief SS playing up the middle it was an easy inning ending DP!

I think Bruce raked one into a DP a couple games ago, too. Dusty is saving Bruce for the next time thru the order in the 9th or so!

Masset has so many different good pitches, the batters facing him get badly fooled a lot!

He is soo nasty right now. Really the only guy I feel 100% about in the pen.

Will Dusty put him out there for another inning with just 9 pitches so far?

Dusty? Probably not.

Any other manager? More than likely yes.
