for as much crap as McElroy has taken this year, he is coming up with a big time drive here. Nothing flashy but is doing what he needs to to win the game.

What is wrong with Ingram?

Auburn's Defense has finally worn down.

not sure but he has been bottled up pretty well all day, and Richardson has seen most of the snaps in the second half

What the hell is Auburn doing? You have over a minute and a time out left and those are the plays you run?? Way to not want to win the ball game.

Haha, word for word what I was going to post.

This is awful. That's Gene Chizik for you though.

That was the worst clock management I think I've seen all year, and that's saying something given what we've seen this year. It's as if Auburn doesn't realize there is less than one minute left in the game and they're losing.

Epically bad clock management. I haven't watched the SEC as much this year as I have in previous years, but I am really unimpressed with the conference this year. I think FLA is legit, Bama is good but eeked out some wins, LSU is talented but young, and the rest of the league is mediocre at best.

I'm surprised Auburn knew to spike the ball with 3 seconds left. I figured they would spend 5 seconds calling a play.

You can blame this one on the Auburn coach.

What a joke that was.......great game by Auburn, but a jr high team could manage time better than that.

It's going to be another #1 vs #2 in the SEC Championship Game for a trip to play for a National Title.

Exactly on One Man Gang's post about Chizik. He tried his best to run scared and sit on a lead in the 4th quarter, and, as usual, it cost his team the game. Combine that with total incompetence in clock management and you can see why Auburn is a very mediocre program.

I dont know why they didnt keep throwing the ball.

And the D who had been dominate the entire game finally looked worn out late in the 4th.

LSU had worse clock mngt against Ole Miss IMO. But this was mighty close. Not sure why Chris Todd was taking so long making the calls and getting back in position to take the snap, and then on top of that there were the questionable runs/short passes.

Auburn's lack of an offense caught up to them in the end though
