There are some good teams that play FCS ball. Not trying to excuse the performance Minny is putting on but the gap between mediocre FBS schools and good FCS schools is smaller than most people think.

I think people are beginning to accept that, but USD isn't one of those teams. They're not even ranked in 1-AA (and didn't even receive a vote).

Can't believe I'm defending Florida, but beating South Florida 38-14 is alot more impressive than beating San Jose State 27-14

Did you watch the game? Believe me, it wasn't as impressive as MrGator wants it to be. Wisky had comfy lead from get go in this game. Fla was 7-7 at half. SF self destructed in second half.

Its a good thing they play a second half then, I guess. If I had to pick a more impressive win, it has to be Florida's. You don't win 38-14 if you are the worse team.

LOL never said they were the worse team. But that score was deceptive, believe me. And, when does Wisky ever blow anyone out? Thats not their style. Wisky was up 17-0 at half. 20-0 before San Jose scored. It wasn't close.

South Florida completed 6 passes to their own team and 4 to Florida. Yeah not impressive. Care to discuss the Alabama-Penn St. game later tonight? LOL

Ok, fine, Wisconsin may have looked more impressive on the field playing against a bad San Jose State team than Florida did in beating USF, but Florida's win over USF is more impressive than Wisconsin's win over SJS.
