Because West Virginia is self destructing? You can't play the "Ohio State beat Marshall 45-7 so Ohio State would beat WVU 66-13" game. Two completely different games.

It was the right call as the punt was down at the 2.
The defense has just been awful the last two drives is the problem.
The killer was the fumble by the freshmen at the 4.
