Who does everyone have in this match-up. I'm going to take Saints due to injuries.

What a great way to kickoff the NFL season! I think the Saints are just too good offensively and Favre still has to find a new favorite receiver. Unless Peterson has 175+ yards, I see the Saints winning.

Farve gets the beating that he deserves. Saints big.

I want to put some action on this one. Just to make it more interesting.

But it's a tough call.

New Orleans should ride the momentum to an opening night win as we've seen with other Super Bowl champs in recent years, but there is still that threat of Minnesota with some of the weapons they have and a good defense.

Certainly the pulse is that Minnesota is shaky entering the season and it could take some time for them to come together.

But that also scares me when everything seems to be pointing in one direction.

All of sudden when the games count Minnesota may come out and play tough and look fine.

I do think it will be interesting to see if anything happens with Joe Webb as a slash player. He was drafted as a WR. Brad Childress said he will play exclusively as a QB. He played well at QB in the preseason, enough that they were ready to trade or release Rosenfels. But because of the lack of receivers they may have to get him involved later on this season. He may end up being like a Josh Cribbs.

The VIkings were clearly the best team last year and "should of " won the game last season. Minnesota's offense and defense and time having the ball was much better then the Saints. They had maybe 225 yards more offense, but FIVE turnovers made them lose the game. Peterson (besides the fumbles) ran all over the Saints last year for 3 td's I believe. I have been wearing my AP jersey today pumped up for this. Vikings 24 Saints 21

I might have Pierre Thomas going tonight. I cant decide if I want to start him or go with Forte at home vs the Lions.

I hope Favre throws four interceptions. I'm so sick of hearing about him.

I hope the Thunder win the NBA championship, you know for the people of Oklahoma. I feel that they really need this win.
