I can honestly say that I would turn her down and that I bet you this guy wins (although I say it gets settled way before it goes to court).

Yeah, that isn't even remotely close to how she really appears, even during her best years. I don't know why people give Maxim, Playboy, etc... credence. They might as well take pictures of barbie dolls. They falsify their models' images so much it is borderline fraudulent.
