Making fun of people who have mental/physical handicaps. (While it is never funny... as a youth, one does not fully understand that yet... so unfortunately as a child one tends to make fun of those less fortunate.) Many people on here... do not quite understand that yet as well.

As someone who actually has tourettes (there is you spelling, fyi), the whole faking tourettes was never funny. See two posts up.
