I think Northwest can bounce back from last week. I really felt that after the 1st quarter, Northwest really took control of the game. Orrville never did sustain any drives. They just had a short field to navigate with, plus the ill-fated punt in the 4th quarter. I was overall impressed with Riley, but I would still like to see more of a run/pass mix. I would like to see even Hutchinson run the ball. His physical look reminds me a lot of Scott Weber.

The game was closer than the score indicated, but Firestone did control the game on the ground and the Falcons were too fast for the Indians. Firestone will need the points so I hope that Northwest can right their ship.

I would argue it wasn't. 28-7 at the half. Northwest had a nice comeback in the 3rd quarter to cut the lead to 9 but Firestone capitalized. The Falcons need to learn to catch the ball in the secondary, 5 dropped int's would have made things worse. I believe the Falcons ended with 3 or 4 picks as it were.
